Setup Fees

Setup fees cover initial strategy, onboarding, and configuration work. These fees are non-refundable once work has begun, as they represent completed labor.

Monthly Retainers

Monthly retainers are billed in advance. If you cancel mid-month, services continue through the end of the billing period. No prorated refunds are provided.

Ad Spend

Ad spend is passed through to advertising platforms (Google, Meta, etc.) and is non-refundable. Unspent ad budget can be reallocated with notice.

Custom Projects

For custom development or video projects, refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis based on work completed. Deposits cover initial phases and are generally non-refundable.
